Pool & Spa

The pool at the Ritz Condo is open to all residents. The pool deck offers plenty of seating ranging from lounge chairs to benches for friends and family to spend time together. The pool is accessible through a secured access point on the second floor.

Fitness Center

From treadmills to lifting machines the fitness center has everything you need to stay in shape. The fitness center is located on the second floor of the Ritz directly down the hall from the grand staircase. The fitness center is also accessible through a secured access point.

Private Lounge

The private lounge area offers comfortable premium leather seating to enjoy reading or laptop work. This area is located on the second floor at the top of the grand staircase and provides a quiet environment for all owners and tenants.

Game Hall

In the game hall you’ll find a full size pool table, foosball table, and a ping-pong table. There is also a functional bar space on the top of the platform towards the back of the room. This is a great place to hang out and unwind.
